City of Cheviot Natural Gas Aggregation Program

Welcome to the City of Cheviot Natural Gas Aggregation Program! In November of 2006, the voters authorized the City to create a natural gas aggregation program whereby retail natural gas consumers would be automatically included in a large buying group unless, subject to prior notice, they followed a stated procedure to opt-out. Any eligible retail natural gas consumer in Cheviot has the ability to decline service, opt-out of the aggregate, and choose the incumbent supplier or any other alternative competitive retail natural gas supplier.

Monthly Variable Rate

  • Initially the program rate will be a monthly variable rate provided on a month-to-month basis.
  • It is the intent of the City and Integrys to lock into a Locked-in Price with Flex Down Opportunity Rate when a strategic buying opportunity presents itself.
  • This Flex Down Rate will never increase beyond the locked-in price regardless of how much the market increases.
  • The Flex Down Rate will be available by calling the toll-free number (1-866-468-3111) or by checking back on this site.
  • Customers that choose to leave the program after the Opt-out Period may be assessed a $25 exit fee.
