Can you customize pricing for large industrial facilities?
Yes. Integrys Energy is willing to study the load characteristics of industrial and large commercial facilities. We can tailor our pricing to meet your facilities load characteristics and operational requirements. Send us an email and we will be happy to contact you for an appointment.

Will I get two bills?
No, you will continue to get a single bill. The bill will come from your "Delivery Service" utility. The utility's invoice will include the Integrys Energy Services "Electric Supply Charge".

How long is this price quote good?
Market conditions affect electric prices provided by Integrys Energy under this Program. Therefore, the prices offered may vary from time-to-time as market conditions dictate. Check the price terms listed in the terms of service to learn how long the price quote is valid.

When will I begin service with Integrys Energy?
If you choose Integrys Energy Services, you have a five-day period in which you can change your mind and cancel your contract without incurring any cancellation fees. Your new service will be effective the next scheduled meter-read date, after the five-day cancellation period has passed. You can switch to Standard Offer at any time.

What happens if I have a question about my bill?
If you have questions about the Integrys Energy portion of your bill call us at 1-877-838-0454. If you have questions about your meter readings, credit/collections, or any utility charges, call the utility's Customer Service number identified on your bill.

Do you charge any other fees to participate?
No, there are no other fees required to participate. The Integrys Energy price includes all charges for electricity supply service. You can compare our price directly to the standard offer price for your type of electric service.

How do I compare prices and how much will I save?
Compare any prices you may get with the "Standard Offer" electricity supply charge for your utility area. For a direct comparison, just compare our "Electricity Supply" charge to any offer from competing suppliers. Be sure that the prices you receive from other suppliers are an all-in price and do not have any additional charges. Also ask about cancellation fees, late payment charges or other fees.
